Ordering
It is possible to order a vehicle from a certain class but not a
concrete model. In all cases, we strive to satisfy a customer's wishes.
Rental period
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours)
Driver requirements
An Visit Lithuania vehicle can be driven by a person with a valid driver's license
meeting international standards and no less than 2 years driving
experience. The minimum age for drivers of economy and compact class
vehicles is 21 and for drivers of medium and higher class vehicles, 23.
Documents
A customer must present his passport and valid drivers license, copies
of which shall be attached to the original contract.
Settlement
A renter can pay the rental fee with the principle credit cards: VISA,
Eurocard, and MasterCard. Advance credit card authorisation is made for
the amount of the established rental fee (and personal liability), which
is refunded when the vehicle is returned. A legal person can also settle
in advance with a bank order. In exceptional cases a customer can settle
with cash after leaving an appropriate deposit.

The 24-hour a day roadside assistance service is available to all Visit
Lithuania
customers if technical problems or questions arise in connection with a
lease or the operation of a vehicle. The Visit Lithuania technical assistance
network is the densest in Lithuania so we reach customers at top speed.
Replacement vehicles
A replacement vehicle is provided in case of a breakdown or accident.
Additional fees
Additional fees are collected: for delivering or picking up a vehicle
outside the Vilnius city limits, on holidays and rest days, or outside
business hours; for the right for more than one person to drive the
vehicle, and for the rental of additional equipment (for ex. a child
seat),
if the vehicle is returned without a full tank, the customer shall pay
5.- litas for each litre of petrol it is short, and if the vehicle's
documents or keys have been lost or if the tyres have been damaged, a
fee of an established size is paid.
Insurance
Visit Lithuania vehicles carry casco insurance and driver liability insurance with
coverage of EUR 500 000 (LTL 1 726 400) per person and EUR 300 000 for
property damage.
