
In 2004, we joined the network of East Aukštaitija Regional Culinary Heritage. Our speciality included in the culinary heritage is a fish dish. Membership of this network is highly beneficial because it gives good publicity, and participation in seminars and discussions gives us opportunities to acquire experience, and learn new things which we can apply in our business: which is to popularise the traditional cuisine of the Zarasai region, to cherish its authenticity, and the way of life of the local residents.
People coming for amusements and holidays need food and drinks, and for this purpose we opened an inn. Having opened a mini bar, our expectations came true! Since the inn is not very spacious, we recommend our guests enjoy their food and drinks on our floating terrace on the River Šventoji.
