The Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre (LNOB), situated in the heart of Vilnius City centre, was built in 1974 to become the modern headquarters for the oldest and biggest institution fostering the arts of opera and ballet in Lithuania. With the 1000-seat main hall and 250-seat Chamber Hall on offer, as well as first class catering services and large adjacent parking areas, it is the ideal place to organize a conference or a meeting that can be combined with current LNOB performance.

On the 6th of July, 2009 the reconstructed Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania was opened. This Palace was one of the most famous in Europe in the 15th – 17th centuries. It demolished in the beginning of the 19th century. Four cognitive tracks are suggested, each representing art values which will remind of the prosperity times of the Palace. Conferences, meetings, sessions, other official and cultural events could be held in gothic, the Renaissance and Early Baroque halls.

The city’s most important venue for cultural and political celebratory events was established by the Vilnius City Municipal Government for carrying out its representational functions. Located in the Old Town’s central square, the building has witnessed thousands of festive public meetings both inside the Main Hall and outside. This is where the Mayor of Vilnius holds his receptions and where both cultural performances and business meetings take place. A former theatre building, it features a distinctive interior of splendid halls.
